About this service
What the platform is and who runs it
Nexlead is a service for companies whose staff hold conversations with their own contacts in messengers. The company connects its own accounts, imports its own contact list, and works through the replies in a single interface.
Nexlead is operated by ООО «Санлайф» / Sunlife, a company registered in Russia (INN 9715478419, OGRN 1247700257518) at 123112, г. Москва, вн. тер. г. муниципальный округ Пресненский, Пресненская набережная, д. 12, помещ. 8/50. Its full registration details are at the bottom of this page and in the privacy policy.
What the messaging integrations are used for. A client company connects its own messenger accounts and its own contact list, sends the first message, and answers the replies in a shared inbox where an AI model may draft a suggested response. The client company decides who is contacted and is responsible for the lawful basis of that outreach; we provide the tooling, the audit trail and the deletion process.
Anyone who asks to stop is added to a suppression list and is not messaged again. Data deletion requests are carried out within 30 days, as described in the privacy policy.
Channels
What runs today, and what does not yet
We do not sell a channel before it runs. Below is the honest state of each one.
Telegram and MAX are live today; the Meta channels are in review and are not available to customers.
-

-
MAX (max.ru)

What it does
The parts of a working day on the platform
-
Agents and schedules
An agent has its own time zone, weekdays, working window and interval between messages. Outside the window it stays silent, and the interval shifts slightly from message to message.
-
Opening messages
A library of opening messages per agent; one is picked at send time, so a campaign does not look identical to every recipient.
-
Shared inbox
Every conversation across every connected account in one list. An owner can grant a colleague access, scoped by channel, account and agent.
-
AI-assisted replies
A model drafts a reply to an inbound message from your own prompt and rules. Automatic replies can be switched off per account.
-
Contact import and filtering
Import lists as CSV, XLSX or vCard. A keyword filter selects who fits, and a suppression list is honoured on every send.
-
Account warm-up
A new account first holds ordinary conversations with partner accounts on a schedule, before it goes anywhere near your contacts.
-
Wallet and billing
Balance, charges and history are computed server-side. Every charge lands in a ledger you can read in the panel.
-
Reports and alerts
Daily digest, empty or low wallet, stopped agent, account down, finished contact filter — by email or to a Telegram or MAX bot.
SMS
Bulk SMS across Russian mobile networks
When a contact is on no messenger, SMS is what is left. Bulk SMS goes out under your own registered sender name, priced per recipient network, with delivery reports collected back into the campaign.
-
Sender name
Sender-name registration — free, paid or an international brand — with per-operator approval status shown separately.
-
Per-network pricing
A number's operator is resolved from the range database: MTS, MegaFon, Beeline, t2, Motiv and other networks. The cost of a send is shown before you send it.
-
Segments and text
Text is split into segments by the alphabet of the message, placeholders are filled from the contact list, and you are billed for the actual number of segments.
-
Delivery reports
Operator statuses come back into the platform, the campaign is summarised by delivered and undelivered, and the unused balance is returned.
How it works
Four steps from an account to a reply
-
Connect an account
Your own Telegram or MAX account. The session stays on the server and is never shown in the panel.
-
Import your contacts
CSV, XLSX or vCard. A keyword filter picks out who fits, and the suppression list is honoured.
-
Configure the agent
The schedule, the interval, the opening messages and the reply prompt.
-
Answer the replies
Replies land in the shared inbox, the AI drafts an answer, and a human edits it and sends it.
Data and security
What we do with data
- Sessions never leave the server
- Messenger session credentials are kept on the server and are given neither to the panel nor to the API. They are erased when an account is disconnected.
- Hosted in the EU
- The platform runs on servers in Finland. Every recipient of data is listed in the privacy policy.
- AI is your decision
- Conversation content goes to an AI provider only to draft a reply. Switching automatic replies off per account stops that transfer.
- Access is granted explicitly
- A colleague sees another person's conversations only through an explicit grant, and only within its channel, account and agent scope.
- The server does the accounting
- Balances, tariffs and charges are computed server-side and written to a ledger; the client side has no say in them.
- Deletion within 30 days
- Email the address on this page with the subject Data deletion — we erase the conversation and the contact record within 30 days and confirm by reply.
Full terms for processing data and the procedure for deleting it are in the privacy policy.
